If you pick the right property deal, you can end up with a cheap property and a
large discount. Remember, to check out the likely rental income and buy below market
value then you should have a winning formula.

Avoid buying houses that fall into the expensive / affluent category of properties in
an area, unless it is an exceptional deal. These rarely stack up financially, i.e. the
rent often won't cover the mortgage and other outgoings.

Remember, managing to get the right deal, can be very hard work, time consuming and
often sole destroying. Persevere and you will find good deals. If you find a good deal but don't know
