We agree that buying properties as a means to make money has its share of risks. Here
at Crimson we just want to relieve you the investor of some of that burden.

It is proving ever harder to correctly value a property before you buy it, and after
all without the correct price you can't determine the true level of discount you are
being offered.

|
RICS indicative surveys appear no longer to be available, unless you are actually
applying for a mortgage. This has the inherent problems of the bank influencing
the surveyor's valuation.

Crimson make a pledge to cover the cost of your survey* if
the surveyor down values a property from the price agreed.
|
|
This way you can commit to a property purchase safe in the knowledge that you will not
loose your money.
|
|
* The property must have been offered to you by Crimson, using our nominated
mortgage broker to instruct the survey. In the event of a down valuation you will
provide Crimson with a copy of the valuation and you will allow us to re-negotiate
the purchase price with the vendor. If no revised deal can be reached then the cost of
the mortgage survey will be refunded.
