What we will expect from you:

• As this is a self-employed position and you will be operating as a sole trader or limited company and as such you will need to keep proper business records at all times.

• The job function requires that you have: a driving licence and a suitable car, insurance, public liability insurance, mobile phone, computer with fast broadband access and a colour printer.

• As a trader you need to be available to speak to potential clients on the telephone within a few hours of them calling and also be able to arrange to visit within 24 hours.

• You need to have a polite and friendly manner and be able to converse easily with the clients on the phone to build a good rapport.

• After initial training, it is normal to expect you to be achieving 2 to 3 property deals per month (which go to completion).

• We are looking for people who are self-motivated with the ambition and commitment to grow and exploit the maximum levels of business available in their geographical area.
