Join our Millionaire Program
In addition to our standard BMV property sourcing services, we offer a select few people
each year the chance to fast track their way to becoming a property millionaire*. Places
for this service are restricted due to the amount of time the Crimson team have to commit
to each client.

In order for you to get the best out of the service you will need the following:
- A salary in excess of £50,000 pa.
- A clean credit file and credit rating.
- Hold a UK passport.
- Ability to obtain UK mortgages.
- Available cash in excess of £25,000.
- The desire to purchase properties.

Research & Due Diligence
This service is particularly advantageous if a client is too busy to spend time acquiring
their own property portfolio and carrying out their own research and due diligence.
With this service we undertake our own research on each property and present our findings
to the client for review.

Portfolio Management
The growth and acquisition of properties will be overseen by one of our Senior Partners.
Guidance will be given enabling clients to make informed decisions regarding aspects
of their portfolio.

Fees
It costs clients £10,000 to join our 'Property Millionaire Program' and it is expected that
you will purchase at least 5 properties in the first year giving you an equity stake of 25%.

*Property Millionaire as defined by Crimson is a person who has purchased over the course
of time properties with an open market value in excess of £1 million pounds.
