Crimson are a property company working in the residential market place. We buy and sell residential property quickly for cash at favourable prices.
We are looking for individuals to learn the business of sourcing property in their local area. The job entails finding the property, researching the market, viewing the property, negotiating the prices and closing the deal. You will not be required to purchase the property yourself, you simply pass the property on to us and we will put a buyer in place. You are paid a commission when the sale completes.
It is important to note that we are not a seminar company or an estate agency. Crimson are an experienced trading company of 10 years standing buying and selling residential property. We represent property investors who have funds available and are actively looking to purchase property off market. Typically sales complete in three to four weeks from start to finish.
This is an excellent business opportunity aimed at self-motivated and industrious people who enjoy working as part of a team and who are committed to building a strong and healthy business for themselves in the coming years.
The earning potential of a successful property trader can easily be in the region of £100,000 per year. This opportunity can either be run on a full or part - time basis and within reason, working hours can be arranged to suit yourself.
We will show you how to select the best local areas in which to operate, generate quality leads from motivated sellers, learn negotiation techniques and show you how to construct and present your offer and most importantly, how to close the deal.
With our know how, training and support we would expect that you will be earning upwards of £5,000 per month in a relatively short period of time. Thereafter we will show you how to expand and increase your business levels to achieve greater income.
