The Package - Property Trader
The Crimson package includes the 'know how' trade secrets and training on how to become a successful property trader and the ongoing support to enable you to run your own successful business for a set price of just £20,000.
This one off price offers an all encompassing package which combines the key ingredients to launch and build a successful business. It is our belief that the training and ongoing support provided by Crimson allows our traders to maximise the business growth potential in the chosen territory.
The Package of £10,000 includes:
- An exclusive territory in your local area with the audience of at least 60,000 target properties. The Territories are structured in such a way that allows for natural expansion as your business grows.
- Leads generated from our nationwide advertising campaigns.
- Office Support - Calls answered 15 hours per day, 7 days a week.
- Freephone number on all marketing literature.
- Full training in how to become a property trader and dedicated sales and marketing support.
- Mentoring and coaching is available as and when required.
- Licence agreement to use our brand name.
- Promotional artwork and marketing material available at discounted prices.
- Ongoing, committed support and regular business reviews.
Working Capital:
- Sales and Marketing costs of £3,000 per month
- As a trader you will need to fund the sales and marketing costs after the first two to three months until sufficient income is generated from sales to cover these expenses.
Rewards
- Crimson pay the trader circa £2,500 for each property that is sold.
Crimson would expect traders to be earning in the region of £7,500 per month within a period of three to four months and thereafter the earning can be increased in line with business growth.
